Digital Product Builder | Technical Entrepreneur | IT Product & Business Consultant ITGRATE GmbH

I'm a digital product builder and technical entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience turning ideas into useful, scalable products. I combine hands-on engineering with product strategy, user discovery, and founder-level ownership — from defining the right problem to building, launching, and improving the solution.

I understand how business people and engineers think — and where they talk past each other — so I can steer projects toward real business value instead of overengineering or costly gaps. Working across Germany and Vietnam has given me a practical understanding of both markets: how users evaluate products, how businesses make decisions, and how cultural expectations influence adoption. I help teams connect technology, user behaviour, and commercial goals to build products that work in the real world.

Getting business and engineering to pull in the same direction

Expensive software projects rarely fail because of technology. They fail because business and engineering mean different things by goals, targets, and value — so teams build too much, too little, or the wrong thing. I work between both worlds: I help teams find the right focus for each phase of a project, get the most business value out of every budget, and make the architecture decisions that keep technical debt under control.

I've done this for more than 15 years, in projects of every size — from startup products to enterprise programmes — for brands like:

  • BMW
  • Allianz Technology (formerly Allianz Managed Operations & Services)
  • ProSiebenSat.1
  • MediaMarktSaturn
  • Giesecke+Devrient
  • Fujitsu
  • Stadtwerke München
  • Versicherungskammer Bayern
  • Jochen Schweizer
  • Chefkoch
  • Media Lab Bayern

My foundation: a bachelor's and master's degree in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from TU Munich.

Where projects usually go wrong

Misread goals and targets

Business
“We need to be ready to scale.”
Engineering
Build for millions of users from day one.
Cost
Months spent on infrastructure for a product whose demand has not been validated yet.

Different ideas of “value”

Business
Value is revenue, adoption, and time to market.
Engineering
Value is a clean, elegant, future-proof system.
Cost
Effort goes to what's technically interesting instead of what moves the business.

Overengineering

Business
“Keep it flexible — we might need it later.”
Engineering
A generic platform with every extension point imaginable.
Cost
The budget is gone before the first customer sees the product.

The opposite gap

Business
“Just ship it, we'll fix it later.”
Engineering
Shortcuts nobody planned to keep.
Cost
Technical debt stalls the roadmap right when growth arrives.

How I create value

Because I speak both languages, I translate business goals into technical priorities and technical trade-offs into business terms. The right focus depends on the phase the product is in:

  1. 01 · Discover

    Business focus

Is the problem real, and is it worth solving?

    Architecture

Throwaway prototypes and click dummies. No production infrastructure yet.

  2. 02 · Validate

    Business focus

The smallest product that proves users get value from it.

    Architecture

A modular monolith on managed services, with clear boundaries where change is likely.

  3. 03 · Grow

    Business focus

Retention, unit economics, and how fast the team can iterate.

    Architecture

Pay down the debt that blocks the roadmap. Split out services only where load or team structure calls for it.

  4. 04 · Scale

    Business focus

    Reliability, efficiency, and new markets.

    Architecture

Invest in scalability, observability, and automation where the numbers justify it.

The result: more business value from every euro spent, and an architecture where technical debt is a deliberate choice, not an accident.

A constellation of tools

Six orbits, one practice: mobile, web, backend, cloud, quality, and AI.

What I bring to a team

End-to-End Product Building

I take digital products from an early idea through discovery, architecture, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.

Product Strategy & Discovery

I turn business opportunities and user problems into focused product concepts, MVPs, roadmaps, and measurable priorities.

Business–Engineering Translation

I align business goals and engineering decisions — so teams share one definition of value, avoid overengineering, and take on technical debt only on purpose.

Technical Entrepreneurship

I approach technology with a founder's mindset — balancing user value, speed, technical risk, investment, and commercial potential.

Germany–Vietnam Market Insight

I understand how expectations, buying decisions, digital habits, and user behaviour differ between German and Vietnamese markets.

Mobile Product Engineering

I build native and cross-platform mobile products for Android and iOS using Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, and React Native.

Cross-Platform Delivery

I choose the right delivery approach for the product — balancing user experience, time to market, maintainability, and budget.

Backend, Cloud & AI

I build the services, infrastructure, data flows, and AI capabilities required to support complete digital products.

Scalable Architecture

I design pragmatic systems that can launch quickly without creating unnecessary complexity or limiting future growth.

Agile Product Delivery

I help teams move from uncertainty to working software through clear priorities, short feedback loops, and disciplined execution.

Product & Team Leadership

I connect stakeholders, designers, engineers, and business teams — translating different perspectives into shared decisions and momentum.

Languages & Cross-Cultural Communication

German and Vietnamese — native. English — business level. French — advanced. Chinese and Spanish — beginner.
